Flexible PCB material:maximum width is 250mm,because flexible PCB material is a roll,each roll width is 250mm,the length is no limit,so when you design flexible PCB,one side should be less than 250mm,the other side no care .

How thickness can a flexible PCB be ?

0.1mm - 0.2mm,some flexible PCB can be 0.3mm .
